What is it you actually inhale when you are travelling around London? Are you brave enough to know? Sniff out the truth and see what’s really in your local atmosphere. Is your air fair or foul?

The London's Lungs event now has a summary video showing highlights of what took place -

This event set out to discover more about the outdoor environments across London that our audience came from prior to the event.

When they pre-booked for the event, the audience were asked to sign up as a participant and were given information about receiving the event bag with which to gather air and to contribute to this live mapping experiment.

Just what volatile organic compounds were detected in the bags of air? Could there be that much difference between one person's gaseous loot and someone else's from the next neighbourhood? Our artistic visualisations of these VOCs revealed the truth.

Dana Centre events are open to anyone aged 18 or over. Most events are free. Please pre-book for all events except the drop-in sessions.
