Bee Arts CIC successfully utilised volunteers in key roles as part of the Dark Heritage tour, and we hope to do so again in the Dark Heritage London project.
The Dark previously used volunteers in Liverpool in association with the Culture08 Volunteering team.
Braunarts Volunteering Policy
Bee Arts Community Interest Company's (Bee Arts CIC's) arts and new media work in the community in the UK is a partnership between Volunteers and staff. As a Volunteer, your gift of time, skills and experience will extend Bee Arts CIC's capacity to enrich UK communities' access to and engagement with the arts and new media. By doing so it is Bee Arts CIC's aim that Volunteers gain satisfaction from this partnership and that the relationship is one of mutual benefit.

In order to meet these aims:
Bee Arts CIC will ensure that managers are trained in and practice good people management.
Bee Arts CIC expects everyone to carry out their volunteering within the Law and within the organisation's Policies and Procedures.
Bee Arts CIC may request that an individual stops volunteering where the relationship has broken down.
Bee Arts CIC will take up references for all volunteers, as part of the selection process.
Bee Arts CIC will maintain a Database of volunteers' details. (Bee Arts CIC is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998).
Bee Arts CIC expects all volunteers to act within its code of conduct.
